China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), is a collection of Academic Journals, which was launched in January 1997 as China's first academic journal search system that publishes regularly. It included over 3,500 reputed journals in the fields of sciences, engineering, humanities, and social science. As per New Policy 2024 of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) implemented after discontinuation of HJRS, w.e.f 1st October 2024, IRMBR is indexed in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and placed in “Y” Category.

HEC HJRS 2023-2024

Higher Education Commission (HEC), has introduced a new journal recognition system from 1st July 2020, called HEC Journal Recognition System (HJRS), which ranked International Journals in Category W & X and National Journals in Category Y.  The System was based on H-Index and Cites Per Document (CD2) majorly.
